The company’s activity focuses on the production & trade of compound animal feed.
The company owns a modern factory with new technology machinery and equipment producing high-quality products, which are fully in line with the European Union quality & safety standards. The company’s infrastructure will be used for the implementation of the project as they possess all necessary equipment for the development of concentrated feed during various phases such as drying, graining and pelleting procedures. Moreover, they will offer nutritional and chemical analyses of the bioactive resources and synthesize rations for each on farm trial. In the project Mr Emanuel Daskalakis and Ms Evangelia Daskalakis will mainly participate. Moreover, Dr Alexandros Stefanakis will participate as technical advisor of the industry. He has established and inspects HACCP based QA systems in a wide range of agro-food industries. He also provides management support for numerous farms throughout Crete. Moreover, he is an official trainer on food safety issues of the Greek Ministry of Agriculture.

Evangelia is graduated from Hellenic Mediterranean University of Crete in the department of Accounting and Finance. She is assistant accountant in Christoforos Daskalakis S.A. since January of 2022.
Evangelia is specialized in company’s supplier accounting and customer financial. She is also responsible for the monthly administrative procedures of the company.

Anna is a member of Christoforos Daskalakis S.A. since August of 2012. She is an office employee graduated from the Highest Technological Educational Institution of Larissa in the department of business administration.
The production schedule and the sales development are arranged by Anna, who is also responsible for the daily administrative procedures of the company. Moreover, she is responsible for ordering raw materials, auxiliary materials and packaging materials.

Aimilia is an Economist graduated from the University of Crete in the department of Economic. She received her Master of Technology Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship (TIME MBE) from University of Crete in 2021. Aimilia is an office employee in Christoforos Daskalakis S.A. since March of 2019.
She is specialised in public relations of the company and customer interaction. In addition, she is responsible for the projects in which the company participates regarding the development of new ideas and innovation. Aimilia is also company’s social media manager.

Theodore is member in Christoforos Daskalakis S.A. since June of 2017. He is responsible for receiving and managing raw and auxiliary materials, packaging materials and managing animal feed storage. Theodore coordinates employees, production process and supervises stockroom.

Alexandros is a veterinarian graduated from Veterinary School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). Alexandros completed his PhD thesis at AUTH and postdoctoral training at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (IMBB) at Foundation for Research and Technology- Hellas. He used to be member and president of the Hellenic Geotechnical Chamber.
He has been participating in many research projects alongside with his active participation in national and international conferences and events concerning livestock management, food safety and the sustainable management of natural resources in food production. He is an author in many scientific papers.
He works for Christoforos Daskalakis S.A. since 1988 as an external research fellow, he is a consultant to livestock and related processing and food businesses and he participates as a external research fellow in the Veterinary Research Institure, Hellenic Agricultural Organization of Thessaloniki since 2000. In addition, he is shareholder, Chairman of the Board of Directors and scientific officer of the company BIO-RESEARCH LABORATORIES S.A. and shareholder and partner at the company Quality & Development consulting services.
